Terms of Service
Last updated 4 August 2026
These terms govern use of WAPI, a WhatsApp automation platform for real estate businesses. By creating an account you agree to them.
What the service is
WAPI is software. Each business connects its own WhatsApp Business number through Meta Embedded Signup and sends from that number. We do not provide a shared sender, and we do not send on any number we own.
Messaging costs are yours
WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta directly to the WhatsApp Business Account connected to your workspace, using the payment method you register with Meta. We do not resell messages and we do not mark them up. Our fee is for the platform only, agreed separately with you.
This means your messaging can be suspended by Meta for non-payment or policy breaches, and we cannot restore it on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
- Consent. Only message people who have agreed to hear from you. Uploading a purchased or scraped list is a breach of these terms and of Meta’s policies.
- Honouring opt-outs. The platform blocks messages to anyone who has opted out. Do not attempt to work around this by re-uploading them under a different number.
- Accurate listings. You are responsible for the property information you enter and send.
- Your team. You are responsible for who you invite and what they do. Remove people who leave.
- Applicable law, including Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Indian telecom and data protection rules.
What we may do
We may suspend an account that is sending unsolicited messages, that puts our Meta Tech Provider status at risk, or that is being used unlawfully. Where circumstances allow, we will contact you first.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not offer a guaranteed uptime commitment. The service depends on Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API and on our hosting providers; outages there will affect it.
Your data
Your contacts, conversations and inventory remain yours. You can export or request deletion at any time — see the Privacy Policy. We do not use your customers’ conversation data for any purpose other than operating the service for you.
Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or messaging charges billed to you by Meta.
Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time by writing to wapirealty@gmail.com. Fees already paid are not refundable for the period in progress unless agreed otherwise. On closure, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
